As a consultant in both government and corporate sectors, Jill has led multiple leadership development programs while also serving executive coach for 25+ participants in each program personally. She was responsible for 360 feedback consulting, 6 to 12 month coaching engagements which were measured on goal achievement by participants and each leader’s audiences. As Director at a global coach training/consulting organization, Jill was the executive coaching community of practice and corporate client account lead.
As Director and SVP of HR, Jill was given full autonomy to lead a reaginal bank team of 25+ dedicated employee relations specialists to a centralized service delivery model. This was done during the merger of two banks. Established competencies, goals, development and learning plans for the entire department which aligned with business’ objectives ($1.2M managing budget). Previously as a Senior HR Business Partner she reported directly to the regional CEO of the largest banking group; branches in 6 states. Strategically spearheaded a 30+ member team that were held accountable for delivering all HR functions including: employee relations, associate records, compliance, recruiting and administering compensation and performance reviews for the entire banking group. Jill has devoted much of her professional life to developing healthy work environments that foster professional and personal growth.
